My perfect Sunday morning begins by doing yoga with Priyanka at PranaZone. Her sessions make me feel like I’m getting a good workout as well as a full body stretch. She does the poses with us and gives alternate poses depending on what your body needs that day. For me, I didn’t realize how tight my muscles are until I started working on my breathing and stretching during the yoga class. By the time the class ends, I feel so relaxed, at peace and ready for a Chai or Matcha Green Tea Latte on the patio. Just perfect.
